Most miniatures are completed in two to four weeks depending on size and detail. Rush timelines are available for the Heirloom tier — just let us know your date.
Clear, well-lit photos work best. For portraits and pets, a few angles help us capture personality. We'll always confirm the composition with you first.
Yes. We ship nationwide across the United States, carefully packed and fully insured. International shipping can be arranged on request.
After we confirm your quote, we'll send a secure invoice. A deposit reserves your spot on the studio schedule, with the balance due before shipping.
Because commissions are made just for you, they're non-refundable once approved and completed. If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
